A capable and accomplished licensed retail specialist with over twenty years experience in the industry who has operated at all levels, including a number of board positions in a variety of businesses across the leisure sector.
Jez has worked for Whitbread PLC, Grand Metropolitan, S&N PLC as well as Regent Inns, Springwood Leisure and The Laurel Pub Company. He has a breadth and depth of experience including change management, brand evolution, offer development, business turnarounds, strategic planning and full day to day operating responsibility.
With a natural empathy and ability to get the best from people he is able to review, develop and implement wide ranging change that has a positive impact on the business and leaves ownership with the people who really matter.
